General Terms

• All prices are inclusive of 15% VAT.
• Shipping cost: SAR 25.
• Payment methods: Mada, Visa (Debit/Credit), Mastercard, American Express, STCPay, Apple Pay.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery via Aramex or Samsa Express within 2–3 business days inside Riyadh.
• Outside Riyadh delivery may take an additional 2 days.
• Delivery services are not available outside Saudi Arabia.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must notify us of cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Complaints & Faulty Goods

• Customers must report any product defects or issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• If the fault lies with Jowan Print, we will reprint and replace the order at no additional cost.
• Reproduction time: 1–2 business days.
